Hey friends!
🌿 I’ll be honest—there have been times when I stayed silent because I didn’t want to rock the boat. Other times, I spoke the truth but without much love, and it only made things worse. Maybe you’ve been there too. The balance between truth and love isn’t always easy, but I’ve learned real growth happens when we practice both. Speaking truth isn’t just about being honest—it’s about making sure our honesty helps, heals, and encourages. Sometimes, the best way to practice truth in love is by how we live, not just what we say.
📖 "...practicing the truth in love, we will in all things grow up into Christ..." – Ephesians 4:15
🛠️ Is there a conversation you’ve been avoiding? Before you speak, take a deep breath and ask: Am I leading with love? If your words will build up, bring clarity, or help someone grow, then say them with kindness. If the truth needs to be lived out more than spoken, let your actions reflect the love of Christ today.
💡 “Truth and love are two wings of the same bird; both are necessary for flight.” – Unknown
🙏 Lord, help me to practice truth in love today. Give me wisdom to know when to speak, when to listen, and when to simply live out the truth through my actions. Let my words and my life reflect your love. Amen.
